Conditions were cooling off and clouding up on the morning of 2/6/05. I caught and released this 41 inch Northern Pike, esimated weight 23lbs about 10am. I believe he spooked the bait as my flag went up earlier and there was nothing there. I reset the flag and turned around and started walking. When I looked back it was up again!
Earlier that morning I landed a 38" & 34" Pike.
Below is a 40 incher that was caught on 2/5/05, partly sunny & 56 degrees! What a day to ice fish!
All fish were released!
